Special Event Permit Application Process


A special event permit application is required for events hosted in all Chicago parks.
Applications are only available online through the following two-step process.

STEP 1

Pay non-refundable $35 Permit Application Fee now, and secure your spot in the queue:

2018 Event (click here) - Permit Application Fee payments will be taken beginning Friday, November 3, 2017 at 9 a.m.

 


STEP 2

Complete & Submit a Special Event Permit Application:

2018 Special Event Permit Application  (click here) Special Event Permit Applications will be taken beginning Friday, November 3, 2017 at 9 a.m.

NOTE:  You will be asked to include your Permit Application Fee receipt number, from Step 1.


 

 


IMPORTANT:  Site plans are required for all events, a route map with step-off times is required for all runs/walks.  Applications won’t be assessed until a site plan and route map (if needed) are sent.
